How We Work
We work with reputable and resourceful consultants and facilitators, and also collaborate with local and International Institutions, not for profit organisations, International Development Partners, and Government parastatals to provide training for individuals and staff in various areas of need. We help to improve standards and strengthen the capacity of educators and key stake holders and provide quality assurance framework for schools.
We develop and deliver capacity-building programs and initiatives for senior management and teaching staff to ensure they are up-to-date on current best practices and developments.

Our Director
Dr. Stella Ozigi Director & Lead Consultant
The Director and lead consultant, Stella Ozigi holds a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Education and Training Management from the School of Education and Childhood Studies, University of Portsmouth. Dr. Stella Ozigi works closely with various higher education professionals and organizations in the UK and Nigeria.
Stella has worked as a consultant on internationally-funded educational research projects and has delivered papers and facilitated workshops at the University of Portsmouth Graduate School and International conferences some of which include the International Professional Development Association (IPDA), UK; Forum for International Education and Training (UKFIET); UK Council for International Students Affairs (UKCISA) and Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). She also leads and facilitates a forum for International Educators which consists of Education stakeholders in various countries that provides a platform for Inter-collaborative learning and networking. Stella is very passionate about inter-collaborative learning through shared good practices.
Stella is an executive member of the Board of Directors of two private schools in Nigeria and she has great passion for music and youth development amongst others.
